Sharon Rose Nissley is our licensed interior designer. For each of our projects, Sharon meets with the users of each space to determine their interior design needs and presents an interiors palette for final approval before bidding. She maintains a working knowledge of the industry’s vast product inventory through research and meeting with product representatives. Her responsibilities include floor patterns, signage, specifications, finish materials research, signage package coordination, and bid package preparation. She also assists with furniture in selection, delivery, and coordinates placement.

In the past 5 years, we have completed health/life safety projects with an approximate total dollar amount of over $20,000,000 for 25 different school districts and over 100 projects.

Master Planning

Master Planning

At RLJA, we work with our clients to not only look at their current needs, but to look at their needs over the next 5, 10 or 20 years. In developing new facilities or additions to existing structures, we feel it is important to locate the current building needs where they will work now and will allow for expansion or growth in the future.

Feasibility Studies

Feasibility Studies

Many of RLJA’s clients have multiple buildings that have been constructed over the years and require a process by which the client can plan for the annual maintenance and replacement of equipment, materials or structures. RLJA works with many of our clients to create a Physical Needs Assessment of their structures to evaluate the spaces relative to function and useful life. Costs are applied to the items and timing of replacement or repairs is determined for use by the client in constructing their annual budget.
